Climbing Mountains

Recently, my husband and daughter and I visited Sedona, Arizona for a quick weekend getaway before summer craziness set in. On our first day there, we set afoot on a 4-hour, 7-mile hike. Up the mountain we went.

Shown in this picture at the trail's end, we took in the exhilarating views. Scenes like this move me. Such wonderment! And it reminds me of the climbs in life.

We navigate trails, hills and valleys, and when we get to the top, oh, how wonderful the view! It's sometimes a difficult trail -- steep, rocky, unstable.

But when we make it through, what a sense of accomplishment!

One of my "Whys" in life is to take on figurative mountains with confidence, but also to take on more adventures like climbing mountains and blazing trails without having limitations in my health.

I want this for you too.

This is one of my goals: to help others, especially mid-life women, achieve their health goals so that they can blaze trails and take on mountains, to live out their "Whys."

I believe you CAN climb mountains and get to the top!
