Monthly classes each have different menus and information, and all are based on Melissa’s Second Youth Wellness Method online course and cookbook that are designed to help people take control of their health using whole food plant-based foods, and no-oil, very limited salt and no refined sugars.

Melissa will provide a workbook, recipes and demonstrate whole food plant-based cooking with a focus on creating good long-term health. Students will be able to taste samples of each menu item. There will also be discussion on aging healthfully, habit development and positive behavior change strategies.

Any adult who wants to prevent chronic illness, or halt/reverse its progression.
Children under 18 may attend classes with specialized topics for youth.
