Meet Picasso, My “Why”

This is one of my BIGGEST "whys." Picasso. Plesant Picasso is his show name, but we don't show anymore, at least not right now. I am an equestrienne. I've ridden for over 35 years, and I fully intend to continue riding into my 70s and hopefully beyond (big dreams, y’all!).

When I got married, I told my husband that "I come with horses." It's in my blood. And if I can help it, I will do everything in my power to keep riding well into "old age."

Which is why I take care of my health to the best of my ability. Without anguishing over achieving a perfect body (not here!) or adding grueling gym workouts, I focus on eating well so I can ride well. And have fun doing it.

Want help with your "Whys?" In my Second Youth Wellness Method, we talk about living out our "Why" -- goal setting, mindset shifts, affirmations... this is the kind of material that goes along with the evidence-based info and practical healthy habit development in my program. Book a Discovery Call today to take your next step toward having freedom in food!
